What GA is?
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website activity of the users.
Warning! GA reporting can be blocked by adblock or privacy protector programs and even by browsers themselves in various privacy protection modes.
On our platform you can easily connect GA with our player so you can additionally collect events such as:
In default version:
- adstart - the ad has been started,
- adcomplete - the ad has been viewed to the end,
- adclick - the ad has been clicked by the user,
- moviestart - video material has beed started,
- moviecomplete - video material has been viewed to the end.
In detailed version:
- ad:
- start - the ad has been started,
- watched 25%,50%,75%,complete - the advertisement has been watched up to 25%,50%,75%, 100%,
- click - the ad has been clicked by the user.
- videos:
- load - once each time when video material is initialized for start (when one material from the playlist is finished and the next one starts, then the event is counted also),
- play - material started by user play,
- autoplay - materials started by autoplay (any: autoplay, autoplay if ad, autoplay scroll, autoplay scroll if ad),
- paused - video material has paused,
- autopause - every time when autopause take place for example when the player is not visible,
- resumed - every time when video material,
- autoresume - when the player is visible again and the option "Pause player if not visible" is checked,
- watched 25%, 50%,75%,95%,100% - video material has been watched up to 25%, 50%,75%,95%,100%.
How to connect GA to our player?
1.First you need to get your "Tracking ID" from Google Analytics. You will find this number by going to the admin panel in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then go to the "tracking mode" tab.

1.1.Here is where you can find the "Tracking ID", copy it.

1.2. Go into "My websites" on onnetwork.tv

1.3.For the selected website click "EDIT" in the right panel.

1.4.There is a field in which you need to enter "Tracking ID" from Google Analytics.

2.If you want to enable the detailed version then go to the panel as in step 1.3. and click "SETTINGS"

2.1. And check the option "Report detailed events to Google Analytics"
